In the past 22 years, Metal Punk maniac Nïïtro (composing, lyrics, guitars & vocals) was seen on many stages all over the world with his Austrian Black‘n’Roll combo EWÏG FROST. Influences of scene icons such as MOTÖRHEAD, DISCHARGE, and VENOM are fused by the power-trio’s concentrated charge complemented by Rauna (Bass, Backing Vocals) and Syntï (Drums, Backing Vocals).
Piece by piece, they perfected a blackened Rock’n’Roll sound reflecting Nïïtro’s apocalyptic visions. Over the last two decades, the band has toured across the continents, performing with bands like DOOM, DISCHARGE, TOXIC HOLOCAUST, and VOIVOD. Also, the organization of the First Vienna Frost Cruise – the very first Heavy Metal Danube cruise in Vienna – was one of the most significant milestones in the band’s career.
Fueled by a diabolical mixture of Metal, Punk and Rock’n’Roll, EWÏG FROST put the pedal to the metal with hellfire roaring out of their hoods. The perfect soundtrack for speeding through post-apocalyptic deserts while death is breathing down your neck! Bullet-proof since 2003!

Seit 22 Jahren macht Nïïtro (Komposition, Text, Gitarre & Gesang) mit seiner Wiener Black’n’Roll Formation EWÏG FROST die Bühnen dieser Welt unsicher. Stilelemente einflussreicher Szeneikonen wie z.B. MOTÖRHEAD, DISCHARGE und VENOM fusionieren unter Einwirkung der geballten Energie des Power-Trios, das sich durch Rauna (Bass, Backing Vocals) und Syntï (Drums, Backing Vocals) komplettiert.
Nïïtro‘s endzeitliche Visionen manifestieren sich lautstark in dem rauen, mit Blues-Licks durchzogenen Sound, der für EWÏG FROST bereits zum Markenzeichen geworden ist. Neben zahlreichen Veröffentlichungen und internationaler Konzerte mit Bands wie DOOM, DISCHARGE, TOXIC HOLOCAUST oder VOIVOD, zählt auch die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der FIRST VIENNA FROST CRUISE – der ersten Heavy Metal Donau Schifffahrt in Wien – zu einem der größten Meilensteine ihrer Bandkarriere.
Es brodelt unter der Motorhaube der High Speed Rock’n‘Roller. Ihre postapokalyptischen Vehikel stehen bereit zum Angriff – Vollgetankt mit einer teuflischen Emulsion aus Heavy Metal, Punk und Rock’n‘Roll liefern EWÏG FROST den perfekten Soundtrack, um mit dem Gaspedal auf Anschlag durch die endzeitliche Wüste zu rasen, während einem der Tod im Nacken sitzt!
